When you work with Jordan, you are working with someone who brings both a global perspective and a strong appreciation for life here in Barrie and Simcoe County.
Having recently moved back to Canada from China, Jordan is internationally connected and fluent in Mandarin. He understands the needs of clients relocating from abroad as well as those moving within our local communities. His ability to bridge cultures and communicate clearly creates confidence and clarity throughout the process.
Now rooted back in Simcoe County, Jordan values everything that makes this area special. From the waterfront in Barrie to ski hills, golf courses, and the growing neighbourhoods that families are proud to call home, he understands the lifestyle buyers are searching for here. Whether you are upsizing, downsizing, or investing, he brings both market awareness and a genuine appreciation for the community.
Real estate is also part of his story. Jordan’s dad was the actor who played Polkaroo on the beloved Canadian children’s show Polka Dot Door. Unlike the famously elusive character, Jordan is present, responsive, and committed to being there for his clients every step of the way.
You can expect professionalism, strong communication, and someone who truly understands both the global market and the local lifestyle that makes Simcoe County such a great place to live.
